2018 STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM
In the 2018 Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) Street Resurfacing Program, the Village has designated the following streets for improvement.

This project consists of pavement patching, needed curb repairs, drainage structure repairs and adjustments and ADA sidewalk installations. The road surface will then be finished with an asphalt overlay.
Delinquent Tax Sale
Cook County Treasurer, Maria Pappas has announced that the next Annual Tax Sale will be held in May of 2018. We must use the time before then to find and warn
homeowners who are delinquent for Tax Year 2016 to pay their taxes and avoid the coming Tax Sale. To check the list of delinquent properties Click Here.
NICOR Service Installation
NICOR is upgrading natural gas infrastructure throughout the Village of Homewood. Work is already taking place. Learn more about these improvements here.

Every Saturday, Mayor Rich Hofeld is available to meet with residents at Village Hall from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM. He often brings guests to help facilitate productive conversation; you will find a department head from public safety, public works, or economic and community development, along with the Village Manager and Trustees on any given Saturday.
Village Board Meetings
Village Board meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at 7:30 p.m. in the village hall, 2020 Chestnut Road.
